Mark, who is originally from Oklahoma City, moved to Nashville with his family when he was four years old. His parents bought a new house in the growing subdivision now called Charlotte Park, then later moved to West Meade when Mark was a teenager. Since then he has lived in Sylvan Park, Antioch and Bellevue and now resides in the Grassland community in northern Williamson County. Mark began his career in real estate as an investor in the mid 1980’s, buying single and multi family rental properties. Although Mark has helped several clients successfully flip properties, and was featured on an episode of HGTV’s Flip That House, he believes todays changing market is more suited to investors with longer term strategies. Mark also provides valuation services for banks and mortgage companies seeking to assess portfolio risk.
